The Hangover Part III (2013)
In the aftermath of the death of Alan’s father, the wolfpack decide to take Alan to get treated for his mental issues. But things start to go wrong on the way to the hospital as the wolfpack is assaulted and Doug is kidnapped. Now they must find Mr. Chow again in order to surrender him to the gangster who kidnapped Doug in order to save him.
My rating: 3/5. Very different to the first two…could do with a few more laughs.

My rating: 2/5. Oh dear. There are two types of Adam Sandler films: Good ones and dire ones. This is dire. Sandler’s character is annoying. Andy Samberg is…well who let him on tv, he’s weird looking.

Fast & Furious 6 (2013)

My rating: 3.5/5. Good but not as good as FF5. They also take some liberties of the laws of physics. Some of the CGI is a bit ropey too.

Insidious (2010)

My rating: 2.5/5. Without the nudity & nookie, there’s not much to it. Shame really.

My rating: 3/5. Over-rated. It’s just a toned down version of The Running Man and Battle Royale to appeal to the teen market.

The Beaver (2011)
Walter Black is depressed and sleeps most of the day. It’s driving his family crazy, and his wife Meredith kicks him out. Walter starts carrying a beaver puppet and tries to commit suicide (unsuccessfully). He uses the puppet to talk to himself, trying to bolster his spirits, and is trying to rebuild his life. Through the beaver, the family begins to learn about Walter’s history and problems, and as he continues rebuilding, the beaver shows us all a way to cope.
My rating: 3.5/5. Very under-rated.

Lucky Number Slevin (2006)
